A Good Plan
Joshua didn't like that Max had disappeared. She had promised to come by every couple days, but it had been over a week. Logan didn't know where she was. Cindy said her bike was gone. And Alec didn't know anything, but then, that was Alec, who pretended not to care. Joshua cared, and he wanted to find her before trouble did. Nobody would miss him. He could go. The only problem was that going outside meant being seen, and he didn't like being screamed at, or worse.
After talking to Logan, he made a decision. He would have to wear clothing to cover his mouth and nose, or keep it in shadow so people wouldn't see him as a dog-boy, but he could go, and when he was close, he could sniff his little sister out. Then they could work together on whatever made her leave Seattle. Max and Joshua together. It was a good plan.
